I bought a CPO 2016 Jetta recently. I’ve bought a lot of cars over four decades but never this smoothly. Granted, I knew what I wanted ahead of time but my sales consultant Alex worked well with me all the way. Jim Ellis dealerships are rare in that they are locally owned and have not been bought by a national conglomerate.

Everyone was so helpful. This was my first time buying a new car and every department took the time to answer my questions all the way through. Especially Trey.
