Superb Service
Jim Ellis service Volkswagen service department it’s quite amazing from the time you pull up to the service door check in then a trip to the waiting area which has televisions coffee machines donuts Internet hook ups a place that you can work while you’re having work done on your car and still keep a schedule. Service is done in a timely manner and people keep a constant check on you to keep you updated as to what is happening. Jim Ellis Volkswagen service department has the best service experience I’ve ever had!

Leo was great. Explained everything patiently and answered my questions. I notice an improvement in how the car drives after the service appointment.

Excellent quick car service!
Leo, who is the employee that I worked with, was very quick in helping me find out what was wrong with my car, and what exacted was needed to right the issue. I pressed him with a ton of questions, but he was very professional, patient, and friendly in regards to answering all my questions. The customer service was great and I highly recommend working with Leo if you get the chance.

Fast and friendly experience

Great experience
Got a great deal of an amazing car today. Millo was very friendly, quick and professional. He answered all my questions and explain everything throughly. The whole process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Jim Ellis is a great dealership. It is such as awesome experience from start to finish. I found the car on the Internet. I exchanged a few emails with the online sales team before flying out to Atlanta. They introduced me to Brian Bolton. Brian is such a great salesman! He sent me a text to introduce himself. I only had about 6 hours in Atlanta to buy the car. Brian took me over to Jim Ellis Maserati to speak with the sales who was knowledgeable about the car and have all my questions answered before I left town. Brian is honest and professional! He takes care of his customers. Brain made sure the transaction was easy and quick for me. I would definitely recommend Brian and Jim Ellis Group of Dealership to my friends.

Great experience getting things done during servic
I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis VW. I never get the feeling I'm being pushed into a sale. I get text updates at each stage of repair. They have work stations with free wi-fi. They have donuts and coffee and TV in the waiting room. Everything here feels different than other dealers and makes the wait, the expense, and the trouble a little better. So here's a shout out for good service, good amenities, and nice experience.
