I recently visited the service department at Jim Ellis at could not be happier with my experience. My service advisor, Tania Santos was extremely helpful. She explained the process for the work I needed done, and even called me throughout the day to update me on the repairs required. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. I have no doubts in returning to this dealership for my future service and sales needs.

I contacted this dealership from out of state hoping to find a better deal and service than what my local dealer offered. Jane was very helpful as we communicated via phone and email. I was able to pick up my car and file paperwork without any issues.

I'd done a good bit of research online before heading to Jim Ellis. Was very happy with the experience. Salesman Aundra Wilson was knowledgeable and did not exert pressure.

Brian at Jim Ellis was really helpful in finding ways to help me out and get the car i wanted at a price that was within my range!

Every time I go into Jim Ellis VW in Chamblee I am met with friendly staff that is full of enthusiasm. Recently, I met with Tania in service and she was more than adequately helpful. Her love and pride for the brand show through her work and I couldn't have had a better experience because of her. A+ work and I will be returning to this dealer specifically because of this experience.

There is no question she could not answer! I even tried to stump her and she caught on! Tania Santos is now my VW Yoda (genius)! It's refreshing to see someone so passionate about their work. This gives me great confidence that my car is in the right hands! I will be back and I will be recommending Jim Ellis and especially Tania Santos to all friend and Family.

I went to this dealership to discuss my current lease agreement, one that I made in Matyland. With people who didn't lie. Anyway, I met with Andre, and he told me that I would owe a large sum of money at the end of my lease. I left and returned several times and no ones story there changed. They were all on the same page to screw the day lights out of me. They convinced me to lease another vehicle and now that I know everything they told me was a lie, I hate this situation I am in. I hate everyone there and j would recommend going to any place other than this one. On top of that, every service I have had done there has been xxxxty, which is a lot because the car itself blows.

I want to let management at Jim Ellis know that I was very pleased with the service that I received from Aundra Wilson doing the process of purchasing a new Volkswagen Jetta. I couldn't have asked for a better representative, even my brother in Alabama was pleased with the service that he extended to me during this purchase.
