This is the best VW dealership that I have been to! I went to get my car serviced (oil change) and Rich Truong greeted me very warmly, he is very friendly and upbeat. He intently listen to my concerns regarding my car; he advised that he was going to have his tech check out my car inside and out. Though they were busy when I return to pick up my car, Rich acknowledge my presence and let me know there was going to be a bit of a wait time. I passed my time in their nice lobby, my car was pulled around and Rich went over all the things that they did to my car and advised of fruture services that I would need soon, the one thing I liked about Rich is that he wasn't pushy to get the services down but he did express his concerns. I definitely will comem back to this dealership to get all my car needs done due to the friendly and honest customer service.
