eli’s was great. vlad is great. i just hope i stay with chevy when i trade my tahoe in. right now its lexus. but maybe chevy sales can get in the game.

Excellent service trip to the dealer.

Excellent service trip to the dealer.All of the employees were friendly and smiling. My service weliter was excellent ands kept me informed several times. The customer lounge was great. I’m glad I bought my car from Jim Ellis.

I never received an OWNERS MANUAL with the vehicle.

I never received an OWNERS MANUAL with the vehicle. Instead there was an OPERATORS MANUAL, which is worthless to me. So I had to purchase an owners manual from HELM for $80.00. A vehicle with a MSRP of $88,970 should come with an owners manual just like all the other Tahoes/Chevrolet vehicles I have purchased in the past.

I arrived to inquire about having a trim piece replaced.

I arrived to inquire about having a trim piece replaced. I was directed to Ellis collision center. Upon arriving at the collision center I was told that particular repair was done at the dealership. I then had to return to the dealership to continue the process. Not a very productive use of my time.

Jaylan and Mr.

Jaylan and Mr. Kaylo did an outstanding job for me. They were professional, knowledgeable, listened to all requests and went the “extra mile” for myself and Jeff who assisted me with this purchase! We drove from Nashville TN to Atlanta just to get the car from Jaylan and Jim Ellis Chevrolet. I cannot say enough praise for this team!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Chevrolet car. Finally Jaylan got everything downloaded for me and even made sure the car was detailed and filled with gas knowing I have a long trip back to Nashville…

Service advisor is great.

Service advisor is great. Unfortunately my car was forgotten about when I brought it in for service. I Was told the repair would more than likely be done the same day I dropped it off, but they didn’t start working on my vehicle until mid-day of the following day, apparently it kept getting re-assigned to different technicians. It was a bit frustrating having to be without my car for 2 days for what was a 1-2 hour repair.
