If you need service on any Silverado 2500 and up Loan Pham is the best. Work is always done on time and from making the appointment to status updates she will keep you informed of any changes and time frame for repair completion.

Retanza quoted me over $500 more than the Chevrolet app

Retanza quoted me over $500 more than the Chevrolet app did for my running board part and installation. I caught it and she amended the quote, yet offered no explanation for the discrepancy. If my car wasn’t already at your dealership I’d have avoided this location all together. Because of this I’ve lost trust in this dealership and will be using the other local Chevy dealership. Also, she, nor the service team, didn’t even notice that I was due for my 5k mile checkup or an oil change while they had the car in their possession. I ended up bringing my car to the other local dealership for said service and it was a flawless customer service experience. So to sum up my experience with Jim Ellis Chevy, I would have been ripped off $500 if I didn’t catch it, and they didn’t even notice or perform the needed routine maintenance that was due while they had my car.

This was my first time selecting Jim Ellis as my dealership to attend to my 2023 Corvette C8. The dealership was referred by a good friend as being highly professional.( Nitin Mareskarkram.) I was very impressed with the family less, professionalism, and cleanliness of the shop and dealership in general. The break room was immaculate and well stocked. Every single staff member was in a very friendly and helping mood. Impressive.

I called Jim Ellis looking for a vehicle.

I called Jim Ellis looking for a vehicle. I spoke with Jaylon and he was amazing! I needed to be able to handle the process online, and within minutes he sent me 2 videos of the car I was interested in. He left no stone unturned when showing me all the vehicle had to offer. He was kind, receptive and answered all my questions. I was able to negotiate and get the money I needed for my trade-in. He was even able to deliver my car to me, which was extremely helpful. Two days after receiving the vehicle, I had a slight problem. I called Jaylon and he took care of it immediately. He has never left me hanging?always answers my questions promptly! My husband and I are 100% satisfied. We have really appreciated the service we have received.
