Elise and service team

Having an airbag recall; working with GM and Elise at the Ellis brand was simple and uneventful, as a repair should be. The service team was honest, courteous and had outstanding attention to detail. I would definitely return for service and purchase of a vehicle.

Routine oil change

Oil change and overall look at all fluids filters

always a clean and nice place to get your vehicle serviced. all staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Robert as always has your back and looks out for cost. great job and thank you

Oil change/ Recall

Vladimir had great customer service. He kept me posted on what was going on and I appreciate that. I was told that everything would be done in 3.5 hours and I was out in 2.5.

excellent customer service

They took care of my concerns prior to me purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle needed some body work and they did the repairs on my word, that I would be back to purchase, if repaired.

Great experience on the day I purchased my car.

The day I purchased my car was a wonderful day for me!!! My sales person Leland Sims, Financial person Karrie Haynes & Management Denis Ross ...they're the Best!!! They are very knowledgeable, They wasn't pushy, they took the time to explain everything to me, (I really appreciated that) they asked if I had questions...they took the time to answer my questions. Wonderful team to work with!

I went to Jim Ellis to look at a used SUV and was promptly helped by Jim Natili. He was wonderful to work with! When it came time to work on a deal Sam Afeworki did an amazing job and got me the price that I needed to make a deal happen! Great service and great staff

Robert was great, as always. Good communication, fast repair, and a fair price. Dont hang up if you think it is a sales call, their system takes time to connect.

Fantastic

They got my transmission replaced in a week. They are always quick to fix the problems, have great communication about what's going on with the car, and Robert has amazing customer service skills which is absolutely a godsend in the stressful event of car failure. 10/10
