Vladimir Kochubey
Vladimir was kind and listened to my issue with 2014 Chevy Impala. I had to wait a day until my car was repaired. However, with numerous vehicles in and out all day I was pleased with the outcome. The service was covered by the Power Train warranty and it felt great to no longer see the check engine light.

Outstanding Customer Service!
We found an issue with the paint on our new vehicle that needed to be looked at. Washing did not take care of the spot. Talked to Elise in Service and Denis in New Car Sales. Service tried buffing it out but the spots came back. They were very nice and accommodating both times we visited. The second time we were given a loaner and they repainted the vehicle to make it right. They owned the issue since it happened at their storage lot and made it right. We were treated like we owned the place. They brought the car to me when it was done so I didn't have to make another trip up to the dealership. I had forgotten what customer appreciation and service felt like. I highly recommend this service department and dealership! Clearly they value their customers and work hard to show it.

oil change and recall
Got my vehicle in for an oil change and to have a recall addressed. Vladimir got me in and out in time to get back to Athens before the football game began.

Porters
Once again you have porters that do not know how to park an manual. After my 2012 Chevy Camaro was service they parked my car on a slight incline instead of turning it off placing it in gear and pulling the emergency brake they left it in neutral and pulled the brake up so tight I Han to struggle to release it. This is NOT acceptable

Got replacement and service on new set of tires.
As always Vladamir worked me in for service in a timely manner for a replacement of a new set of tires. I used the shuttle service to the mall and the driver was very nice and efficient. I have used Jim Ellis for oil changes and every service since I bought my 2015 new Camaro at this dealership. This was a very good experience and I feel safer on the road with a new set of tires installed properly.
