Amanda was wonderful.

Amanda was wonderful. She seem truly interested in knowing what your need was and why. Relaxing. She understood my price point and found the Tahoe in stock meeting that number. Dealing with loan company she took the ownership in making sure all parties were satisfied. Went out of her way after the sale, taking her time to help with my OnStar setup. Ensuring everything worked. Would give her a 6 if i could!

Amanda was able to get us the deal that no other dealer

Amanda was able to get us the deal that no other dealer was willing to offer, and do it all quickly and efficiently over the phone without the haggling and high pressure those other dealerships required. She even pointed out features we didn't know about in our new car, including details we missed after months of research on the exact model. Very impressive! Amanda is truly an asset to the Jim Ellis team and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Service was great.

Service was great. Amanda in particular was very helpful. She made sure we knew everything we could about our Equinox purchase. Very informative. I wouldn't want to buy a vehicle anywhere else.

The JIm Ellis team has a very nice and efficient service process. Easy to make an appt, get a ride home, picked up at home when the car is ready and easy out when everything is done. Love this shop!

I appreciated the laid back and calm atmosphere and lack

I appreciated the laid back and calm atmosphere and lack of high pressure to purchase a car immediately, although I did, (but not due to feeling pressured). In fact the lack of pressure was a reason why I decided to buy, and they had the car I wanted in stock. I was in and out in a couple of hours or less. Staff was courteous and helpful.
