horrible service and worst following up process.
If you're going to be doing business with a car dealership, it's important to know what kind of reputation they have. In my 2 something years with The Collection the experience couldn’t be worse. Every time I have to take my car to maintenance I only think what is going to be the new thing that they will try to reap me off. If I would have known that I would have never closed the deal with them. It is not only the way they do things; after the facts nobody is able to explain and nobody answer the phones. I have four people already on my list trying to figure out what was going on with my maintenance and the loaner they gave me. I feel bad about them but I have to post their names because none of them have done anything so far. Giselle and Maria on the call center, Michael Rodriguez the service advisor and Alexandra in the loaner department. When you talk to then it looks like they are reading a script, but don’t expect any solution from them. It is really a shame that this dealership has gone so low. Stay away from them, lease your car from any other dealer, do your maintenance in any other place that you can find and of course, try not take any loaner from them, they will make you pay something from that even when they call it a complementary loaner….what a joke, as everything in this dealership.

Bad, really bad dealership for service

Isaac - audi
Leased an Audi Q5 today from the collection in coral gables and couldn’t be happier. My sales person Isaac was truly amazing. He was very attentive and helped make the whole process as easy as possible. He was VERY patient. He made my experience at the collection surpass my expectations. I highly recommend Isaac!

Fantastic Experience at The Colkection
Our experience with Steve Barmann at The Collection was perhaps the best car shopping experience that I have ever had.
