Mr. Cruz is exceptionally knowledgeable about the car and the details of the vehicle I was interested in. I felt like his most important customer and he gave me his undivided attention. His passion for Porsche was clear and gave me the confidence to make my purchase decision. After the sale. He devoted as much time as I needed to learn and operate the many features of the car and offered to repeat it at any time and as many times in the future as I might request. I bought my first Audi from The Collection in 2005. 13 years and several cars later, including Audi, Porsche, and Ferrari, I will not go buy another car anywhere else. In 13 years I have NEVER felt any pressure to make a purchase. There has been ZERO anxiety when checking out their cars. The sales staff is professional beyond reproach. No endless haggling (“Wait up, let me speak to my manager“). The transactions have been smooth, efficient, in and out of the dealer in a very reasonable amount of time. Julio has been my sales associate for several years. I have his email, even his cell phone. He is attentive, responsive, respectful of my time and money. Jose, the Porsche manager, has been exceptional in his service. As previously mentioned, I am through going to other dealerships, not because they carry an inferior product (trust me, there are plenty of places to buy Audi, Porsche, and other luxury brands in South Florida), but because I will no longer withstand the lack of respect and attention when you are laying down serious money for a luxury product. I remain a loyal customer of The Collection for over 13 years because they have EARNED it.
