I tried to give one more chance to The Collection, this

I tried to give one more chance to The Collection, this time with a Ferrari (before Porsche), but unfortunately it was another very bad customer experience, especially the lack of clear communication, not returning messages, calls and knowledge in general from the representative I was assigned. In my case it was a repair, I ended up fixing it at the Ferrari Fort Lauderdale, which was an amazing experience and totally recommend it.

my service experience has been top notch. I had to move my appointment and they made an accommodation for me. Completed my service washed. My car, answered my questions and sent me on my way It’s everything and more than I would expect for my top line car

This has been our second time here at the collection

This has been our second time here at the collection because of the excellent service we’ve been provided here at Audi. The team here took great care of us and making the entire process smooth. The manager Hector and brand specialist Domingo went above and beyond to work with us and leave with a beautiful car. It was overall easy process without any pressure. Happy we came back!

Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever. This is our 3rd Levante, the first and last purchased with this dealer. Bought it in January drove it for an hour then it spent a month in the service department. When we received it back. we had to take it to another dealer for repairs. and its still missing a screw to hold the tailgate plastic in. And now we have a collection letter from our bank for $500 as they screwed up there paperwork. Horrendous!!!!

l'm extremely satisfied with THE COLLECTION. This is the third car I've purchased from them in 2 years, and the experience has been exceptional every time. The service and attention to detail are incredible. I want to especially highlight two employees who made a huge difference in my buying experience: - Yulyen Marval, who took extraordinary care of me when buying my two Porsches. Her professionalism and kindness are worthy of praise. - Domingo Lopez, who provided spectacular service when buying my new Audi Q8. His knowledge and enthusiasm for cars are contagious. If you're looking for a high-end car dealer, look no further. THE COLLECTION is the best choice. 100% recommended!
