Deon Shannon was so kind and helpful and not a pushy salesman. He helped me figure out what I was in my price range and what would be best for me. I didn't feel cheated! Emma the finance lady was also very nice and friendly and eased my nervousness's for buying my first car from a dealership. Thanks Deon and Emma!

We had a very nice experience buying our new Grand

We had a very nice experience buying our new Grand Cherokee at Bob Allen in Danville Ky. David went on our test drive and helped us answer many questions. Austin May and Rodney Compton helped with the completion of the purchase. They were all very professional and made it an enjoyable experience. Great job! We love the Grand Cherokee!

Complete scam artists I was completely lied to when I

Complete scam artists I was completely lied to when I asked them to make it right they refused to return my phone calls. Do not do business with these people. I was assured I was getting a good car but in fact they knew the car had issues but apparently reset the computer just to sell me a piece of xxxx that before I even got it home started having issues and still does not run. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

The process to purchase our vehicle was fairly quick. The trade in value for our other vehicle was acceptable. The customer service rep and finance manager were very nice and willing to work with numbers to help get in a range I was happy with.
