I Went In For An Inspection

The team here were very helpful and knowledgeable. I did not buy my vehicle here but they did not hesitate to get me right in for an inspection, and they got it done quickly.

Overall the best dealership!

This is my first time buying a vehicle with a female sales associate and she was nothing short of awesome! Mrs Julie Chasse was very down to earth, straight forward, extremely helpful and efficient! I live an hour away from the Cary location and she did everything possible to make my visit short and sweet!! I have purchased 2 vehicles from leith Jeep in Cary in less than a year and both encounters were very pleasant!

Our experience was absolutely Amazing! Our Salesma

Our experience was absolutely Amazing! Our Salesman Matt made us feel like family and that we were the most important customer on his list! He wasn’t pushy at all but very much knowledgeable about this deal. My wife had to be at work by a certain time and Matt and the team worked hard in making sure she signed all of the paperwork and getting to work on time. All I can say is AWESOMENESS!!! I will send the entire world of my friends and family to your Dealership! Thanks!

I came all the way from West Palm Beach for an oil

Came up to my mother inlaw's fir the holidays from South Fl. I knew that I needed an oil change and wanted it done HERE! Great customer service! Great price! I even got full synthetic without asking for it! Shuttle took me and my wife to Costco and back. All for $44.09. Dealership down in West Palm Beach charged much more and delivered much less! Please move to South Florida!!!

No pressure.

No pressure for any of the sales team. Finance person was also great about no pressure. Team worked well with my trade and need to have an extended test drive.

Great Service Writer but pressure selling extra services

First we had FANTASTIC Service from a young lady Service Writer (didn't catch her name) however, my college age daughter was pressured into additional $1600 in services which put her into a panic that her Jeep was unsafe. She is home from college and only needed the recall work done. This pressure to up sell extra services is the reason for our less than 5 star review. We told the man who checked in her vehicle that we had a service plan with another dealership where we purchased her Jeep (and told we didn't need any extra services). We had excellent service with scheduling, communication (with the female service writer), and check out. She was very friendly, concise, and professional. However, the high pressure for additional services will keep our business elsewhere.
