Repair was fine but I had to take the vehicle to the dealer twice to finally get it repaired. I was greeted right away and brought inside to meet with another person to discuss what the issue was with my Grand Cherokee , All handled very professionally. The waiting area is underwhelming. While I was there a power surge occurred so I did not get any receipt for the service I received. I was told it would be mailed to me. Two weeks and nothing!

Service on my Jeep SRT8
Came in late in day for unscheduled service issue that required new part to be ordered. Leighton told me that the parts vendor confirmed that the item was in stock. Even though it was late in the day and the service dept was soon to close, Leighton sent off one of his guys to quickly drive out to pick up the required part from the vendor and get it installed in my SRT before the service depot closed shop for the day. I ended up being the very last customer that day and the service team stayed a little late to get my car done and in good shape. I was impressed by Leighton and his team for their commitment to ensure my car was in good shape for me to drive out that day, even though it caused his team to close out slightly late. Excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate that.

Great Service on my 2012 Jeep Liberty
This was my first time at this dealership as we had bought our Jeep used. My first impression was how organized and professional the service area appeared. My Service Advisor Brittany was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns about my Liberty’s airbag problem. Brittany kept me informed every step of the way while Ken my service technician worked to trouble shoot the problem. He finally tracked down a cut wired and was able to make the repair. I was so pleased that the problem was identified and repaired all in the same day and that the cost was reasonable. I feel like I can trust Auto Park Jeep for all my service needs. Also I have no doubt that Brittany and Ken went the extra mile to make sure I received the best service possible!

Living my Chrysler Dream !
Brittany was excellent first bringing me or of the cold work area into her cubicle. I am disabled and use a cane and she immediately confirmed my appointment for the next morning. She called me by noon telling me that my Chrysler 300C was ready, and the recall fix was complete. Brittany also advised some maintenance work that could be done in the near future. She also followed up with an email, thanking me for my business and using Leith Auto Park ChryslerJeep. I will have all future appointments set up with Brittany.

Quick easy experience.
I just needed some recalls done on my car. My Service representative, Brittney, was great. She made sure that everything was ready for me before I dropped my car off, including a loaner car. She kept me completely informed while my car was being serviced. She also made sure I was in and out quickly. No unnecessary waiting.
