This was my first time purchasing an Audi, and based on my experience, I will no longer go anywhere else. I visited a variety of other dealerships before going to Hoffman, and their service by far exceeded the rest. My brand specialist, Amaury Bruno, went above and beyond countless sales representatives I have encountered. He was laid back, but professional throughout the entire transaction. He was readily available whenever I had a question, and was transparent with all of his responses. If he did not know the exact response, he was quick to find out in order to ensure that I was receiving accurate information. His honesty, consideration, and attentiveness were all appreciated and make a notable difference when making a purchase of this scale. His sales manager, Zach Hoffman, also contributed to the experience, dealing with me personally throughout various portions of the process. He never seemed too busy to answer a question, or too absorbed in managerial responsibilities to assist in my purchase. Superior quality of the car aside, these two gentlemen excel at representing the brand of Audi and I look forward to making many more purchases with them in the future.

Try your best to work with Michelle Caplan. I have worked with her for years. She selected the best cars for me and my other family members. Always the best price, and best service. Michelle even brought a car ski rack to my home in time for a trip. She is brilliant and experienced and honest and fair.
