Service at Hoffman
I needed my car serviced and repaired during Covid-19 problem. I called Hoffman and was surprised that they were able to help me next day. Even though I knew they were working with reduced staffing, the service and repairs were completed earlier than my service advisor had promised. Although the service and repair is not inexpensive at Hoffman, its worth the charges to know they will keep the car running as it should. Hoffman is the only place I will take my Audi for service.

Disappointed in: 1. The quality of Audi cars, especially considering how expensive they are. 2. How extremely expensive the repairs are. 3. The insufficient coverage of the very expensive Audi Service Plans. Look around very carefully before you buy. Don’t buy if you don’t have a lot of income to make very expensive repairs.

My service advisor Justin as usual was excellent He kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and explained everything The actual work performed was excellent and I like the new video feature. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Poor Service Department
Stay away from their service department One bad experience was replacing a water pump at 35K miles. They said it was leaking. I had not noticed it. The paperwork they submitted to Audi for the warranty work stated that the "customer" stated that it was difficult to maintain the coolant level. The I called them they said they have to say that even if it isn't true in order to get Audi to cover it. There was no leak. More recently I bought it in for a noise coming from the front end. They replaced a wheel bearing and a differential. The noise was still there when I brought it home! They also said that a brake job I had done be an independent shop was inadequate. I brought it to an independent ship to check the breaks and the still present noise. They said the brake job was fine and I shoaled go to another Audi dealer for the noise. Inskip Audi solved my problems. They also said the brakes were fine and fixed the noise. It was a transmission problem. Hoffman Audi spoke negatively of other work that was good, did unnecessary repairs and did not do the proper work. Beware!

Service was provided efficiently and the car was ready when promised. They also did a nice job of cleaning the car inside and out. Very happy.
