Great car buying experience!

My fiance' and I visited Nelson Mazda yesterday to get some quotes on a used vehicle. We were greeted by Ben M. and I am so glad we were! He listened to our every want and need and made sure to get us in a car that fit our budget and still not sacrificing on what we wanted in a vehicle. His positive attitude and friendliness made the whole experience very enjoyable. It felt like we had known Ben for years! We could definitely tell that Ben enjoys his job and loves helping others find a car they want. Everything went very smoothly and I will definitely be referring all friends and family to see Ben at Nelson Mazda if they are looking for a new/used vehicle! Thanks so much Ben!!!!

Phenomenal!

My husband and I visited Nelson Mazda today. The experience was so nice.. everyone was very friendly. Ben M was amazing, he was very easy going and wanted to help us with what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Ben M if you are looking for a new car or used. Thank you so much!! We are extremely happy with our purchase!

Very stisfying.

I met Ben M. when I came in to look at a used Toyota Sienna that I had found online. We immediately struck up a relationship that made me comfortable. Ben showed empathy toward me and my situation, and I felt very comfortable talking with him. I liked the "no haggle" pricing, because I didn't have to leave wondering if I paid too much because of my inexperience. I was there just to look at a Sienna. There were several online, at different dealers, from which to choose. I would say that it was my comfort level in dealing with Ben that had me driving out of there that night in that car. (That and the fact that it is a great car at a decent price.) I would heartily recommend Nelson Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used car. I would definitely tell them to ask for, and accept no less than, Ben M.

Great Car, Great Price Great Experience

If you are in the market for a new or used Mazda or any other car for that matter I highly recommend this dealership. While I found the car online, the dealership experience was delightful and enlightening considering I had never purchased a car before. Ben, the employee I worked with was both friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He even let me go on a longer test drive to make sure the vehicle I was considering was a perfect fit. On top of that He was very patient and answered all questions I had about the car as well as the car buying process. Overall, a very good expereience.

Great buying experience!

Great car buying experience

I already knew I wanted a Mazda 3 because I loved one in the past and because it was rated highest by Car and Driver and by Consumer Reports. My sales rep, Neal Benson, was great at getting right to work with me and helping me choose between the 4-door and the 5-door and the 3 models. I test drove one even though I knew I didn't need to do so. When I finally decided on a 5-door and wanted the light blue, the manager found one for me at the Cool Springs location, and Neal went and got it for me. I got everything I wanted and a fair price too

I didn't want to buy a car

I was not in the market for a car and circumstances led me to need one.....Nelson came HIGHLY recommended so I looked them up online. I was pleased with the initial offering in their pre-owned inventory. I had a certain price point i needed to keep and they did NOT try to up-sell me. I was thoroughly impressed with their patience and the personal treatment. Their Christian values put it over the top for me! Awesome experience!

New Car Buying Experience

We have purchased Mazda's before and decided to compare the CX5 with the quote we received from Toyota on a RAV 4. The sales person was very helpful and the management is very friendly. They were very open to discussing their cars and even had a comparison of my car with the Toyota. The CX5 had very similar options to the Limited with a price similar to the XLS. Also, I got a 2016 and the Toyota was a 2015. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great, helpful, friendly!

From day 1 to the day I bought, everyone was fantastic. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and spent just as much time/energy on me on day 1 (when I clearly stated I wasn't ready to buy) as they did when I came back ready to purchase. They were straightforward, encouraged me to do my research, and never pushed me to commit before I was ready. I hadn't purchased a car in almost a decade and these guys never demeaned my old car or judged me for being hesitant to commit to something new.
