Great Service!

I purchased a used Toyota RAV4 from Ben M. at Nelson Mazda in Hickory Hollow. I didn't feel any pressure and he didn't try to persuade me to buy anything else. He was very friendly, personable and made the experience great. They knew I had to be somewhere so they sped up the process which I really appreciated thanks to Al. I'm loving my car and will tell others about this. Being a GM of a restaurant for 20 years, I am all about acknowledging good service when I experience it. It's really easy to write reviews to complain.

Elijah Taylor

After having an awful experience at another local dealership, it was very refreshing to have such an AWESOME experience at Nelson Mazda! There was no pressure. Not only was Mr. Taylor very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and very attentive, but so were all of the employees we interacted with. My husband and I bought a car the same day. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Nashville area looking to purchase a car.

Ben was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, attended to our every need. Thank you for spending time with to show us the CX3. Mazada was not on our list of vehicles to purchase until we came to Nelson Mazada. We plan to purchase in the near future and we will be back to see about buying a CX3 from Nelson Mazada.

Great Service

Sarah was very helpful and personal. The finance department worked their magic and got everything I wanted done. They are all very nice and welcoming. The car is exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for.

Great experience!

What a great experience. I haven't had a new car in about 10 years. We had checked out the stats on the Mazda CX cars and the ratings were great. Ben was very kind and knowledgeable, in fact all the personnel we encountered were nice. There was no pressure to buy. The price was right and they delivered my new car to my home that afternoon. Great experience! Will definitely recommend this dealership.

Quick and transparent experience

I was contacted by Sarah at 8 am and by 4 pm the same day I had a new car. Except for the final paperwork to purchase and finance the vehicle, nearly everything else was done over email. I knew exactly what I wanted and Sarah made no attempt to sway me otherwise. No upselling to a more expensive trim or pressure to purchase optional upgrades such as floor mats and cargo nets. I really can't imagine a more painless experience. Highly recommended.

Awesome!

We had a great experience! Ben M. was super nice and worked with us to help find the right car. We gave him a budget and what we wanted. They gave us exactly what we wanted and more! Definitely recommend to anyone!!

Amazing

I've been back to this dealership twice now and it's the only one I'll probably ever go to. The staff is so nice and welcoming and they make the experience feel so easy!! Ben took over 5 hours with me each time to help me find the perfect car. I am very hard to please and he helped me find the perfect car with the best price possible.

My first new car!

I have bought a few cars before but never this pleasant an experience. I just bought my first new car ever. This is my 2nd Mazda. I knew what I wanted and Elijah Taylor helped me get the best car for my needs. He was so helpful and kind. Al Henson worked us up a great deal on the car too. And Ken Allen answered all our finance questions plus warranty deals with the best knowledge in the business, but no pressure. I like that!

Best experience

This was the best experience we have had at a car dealership. Everyone we talked to was very pleasant. Ben M. Was our sales guy and he was so kind, down to earth and funny. Our finance man Ken Allen was very nice and so helpful in all aspects. We would really recommend this dealership to anyone and have spoke highly when telling people our car buying experience here.
