New Car purchase

Just bought a Mazda 3 iSport for my son, super nice, down to earth sales staff. No hidden surprises everything was as we discussed, Ben Mulaosmanovic answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and for once I found a salesman that new more about the vehicle than I did. Very professional and I recommend Nelson Mazda at Antioch for anyone looking for a Mazda.

excellent customer service

Ben M. and Randy D. are awesome. They are there to help me to understand car buying (needs and wants) and its details. Car buying can be overwhelming and these guys made my first car buying experience flawless. They gave me all the time I need to decide and it was worth it! My parents bought a car from them 3 years ago and they haven't changed since! I definitely will recommend them to everyone I know.

Patient, Flexible and Accommodating

I have always liked the Mazda CX-7 and CX-9 so when I was looking to buy a vehicle, that's what I put in the search when I started looking. I found one in my price range at Nelson Mazda. Even though they are almost 2 hours from where I live in Alabama, I made the trip for such a great deal. My husband and I test drove a CX-7 and were happy with it. Sarah even sent it through service for us before we left to make sure it was nice and clean to our liking. After a few days we saw a different CX-7 at Nelson that we liked better and went to trade. It was completely no hassle. I was at the dealership for less time than it took me to actually drive there! They worked everything out with USAA with my loan to make sure everything got changed correctly. I didn't have to do anything but swap cars! I highly recommend Nelson Mazda to anyone looking for any kind of vehicle. They have everything and will not give up until you are completely satisfied.

No Pressure, Great Car

I went in to get a new car, and I was looking for something fairly specific. Sarah Chismar stuck with me and helped me find something I was comfortable with, and that was within my budget. She was extremely patient with me and gave me enough time to think on it and make my own decision. There was absolutely no push to buy, and no rush, but she made me feel good about the car I purchased and I'm so very thankful for her help and time. Thanks, Sarah!

Best car buying experience ever!!!!

I can not say enough about how wonderful our time spent at Nelson Mazda was! From the time that we got there, all the way to the end of our visit when we left with our new car was exceptional. Ben Mulaosmanovic is a wonderful employee and asset to this dealership and company. He is so very friendly, personable and down to earth. Not only that, he is also very thorough and did exactly what we came there to do, got us exactly what was hoped for and accomplished everything within our means. 1st ever car buying experience on my own

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, & knowledge. Drove 3 hours to see a car and bought it! Finance was much easier than expected. No pressure from Internet contact to actual buying of the car

No pressure to buy Just information needed

Bought a used 2006 Mustang. Knew what I wanted and had financing pre-approved. Ben M. listened and did not try to up-sell. Very friendly and seemed truly concerned that I was satisfied.
