Mazda always takes good care of me, of my vehicle. I would own nothing other than a Mazda! Well done as always! My visit was for service but I had to include Tom because he always takes a moment to say hello! And Lonnie always takes a moment to say hello. Kudos to Zach for sure as he delivered outstanding service!

Windshield vendor horrible!
Went into buy a 2014 Mazda3, noticed that it had crack in the windshield. Was told it was going to be replaced the next day. Unfortunately they brought the wrong one. Would take a week to get from Canada. One week later, they hadn’t brought it in. Drove down talked to service, that called and looks like they just forgot. Told it would be done next day....but they brought wrong windshield again! Two weeks later finally got the car. No sense of urgency and lack of attention to details. Not what I expected from Nelson...wished they had had the same car at the Cool Springs location.

Good customer service
Bought a used boss 302 from them, overall a great running car however it did give me a few problems after but the general manager took care of me and replaced the parts. Even though I didn’t buy any warranty. GM handled everything professionally, great place overall!

Up selling
I went in for recall work on my Mazda 3. However, when the recall work was finished the technician 'recommended' some additional maintenance work. Changing my cabin air filters, 'cleaning' my fuel system and 'cleaning' my transmission system. It was total of nearly 300 dollars in work. Wow Keeping in mind that cleaning meant running a commonly available product at any auto parts store through those systems the services were presented as recommended by the manufacturer. Just the latest in a litany of experiences why I will never get my Mazda serviced at this money hungry dealer.

Only bought car 6 months ago and already issues.
Brought vehicle in to fix air. Paid 200.00 still not fixed. Now other check engine lights are coming on. Out of town so wont be able to bring back until back in town. In meantime have no air conditioning in 90 degree weather.

Expectations met.
After some initial confusion the final result was satisfactory. The confusion was due to if three car needed service or not. Service was performed to my satisfaction and charges were negotiated to a fair result.
