Gave me the wrong bill and the wrong key to my car had to go back and get the correct bill and key asked beforehand to wash and detailed my car which wasn’t done and my car sat in the parking lot unlocked

Great work. Beautiful new building. Chairs are comfy. Wifi is great. Coffee, water, snacks are complimentary. They send videos via text so you can see what is going on. All workers that I've interacted with are helpful and positive. The music selection in the waiting room needs help; not inclusive for all.

Bought a used car from them and there was a problem with the rear hatch. They fixed it in a timely manner and my problem is solved. Also had them replace a headlight bulb. Did a great job. Am happy with my car and Nelson Mazda.
