I love the video showing the inspection of my car. Everyone is very nice and professional. When there was a discrepancy with my bill they were quick to make the adjustment.

I have dreaded buying a vehicle for so long, but buying from Nelson Mazda was actually an enjoyable experience. Working with one person throughout the process was so much easier than having middle men. Daniel was very helpful, but didn’t pressure my husband and I at all. He stayed late to help us and gave us plenty of time to think over our purchase. He answered our many questions thoroughly. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Knowing that this is the dealership we will bring my car back to for routine maintenance is part of why we ultimately decided to buy a Mazda.

This dealership is no pressure one price shopping. I received a fair price for my trade(actually traded two cars in). The facility is state of the art. Salesman Sean Turner was very like able and friendly. I may bring my daughter in soon to look for a car👍

Big selection of used cars available. Some have obviously been repaired, know what your looking for . Finance it through somebody else, their rates are ridiculous .

They are very helpful and over the years I have taken my car to them they have never pushed for an unnecessary repair. At the end of every inspection they send you a video summarizing the condition of your vehicle which is very helpful. During a recent repair they were very accommodating of my schedule.

I own 2 Cx5 a 2015 and recently purchased a 2019 sales person are very helpful. not pushy very knowledgeable. Helped me with the right vehicle.

Great experience overall. Everyone was nice and welcoming upon arrival. The test drive was longer than any one I’ve had and it took us on multiple different types of roads. Would recommend this dealer.

I continue to come back to Nelson Mazda because of the people. Lonnie the service manager in Murfreesboro is exceptional I have been with Mazda since 2006. When I need service it feels like I am visiting family. I always ask for Umberto when purchasing vehicle. He is very professional and trust worthy. He has also sold vehicles to my daughter and Granddaughter..
