Great Experience

Our purchase of an auto from Nelson Mazda was a worry free transaction. We were treated fairly and were well pleased with our Mazda 6. We thought we would purchase a lower level model but ended up with a Grand Touring within our budget. Michaela was awesome.

Great Dealership (Sales and Service)!

We have had 3 cars serviced at Nelson Mazda for years now. Our experiences have been nothing but spectacular and the employees treat you like family. We have a level of trust and I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for service. We recently worked with Tom Chanthavong to assist in finding a used car for our daughter. Tom is great and consistent in communicating with us to let us know of newly added cars to their inventory. Tom was great to work with and patient in explaining and answering any questions we had. If you are looking to buy ask for Tom Chanthavong. If you are needing a trustworthy service center see Lonnie, Zach or Allen.

They were ready for me when I arrived and as always greeted me as a valued customer. I was updated in regards to what the service technician was doing and approximately the duration of checking my car. I couldn’t be happier with Nelson Mazda.

Awesome service

Cutting edge the video recommendations as well as just giving me a preview of my service is looking outside the box and just a wonderful experience. also after paying for my basic service I was taken to my vehicle made sure everything was good the car was clean just awesome! Attitude that everybody I spoke with salespeople the mechanic the service advisor the person taking my money their attitudes and their concern is awesome!

Very pleasant and exciting

We enjoyed working with Michaela Grogan. She was knowledgeable of the Mazda 3 hatchback we purchased. She was so very pleasant and kind, just a joy to work with. The building was very nice and big and clean. Lots of inventory to choose from. We found the car on their website and it was exactly what we'd been looking for. The downside of the experience was the harrowing and dangerous drive through Nashville, TN. This had nothing to do with the dealership.

Always a great experience at Nelson Mazda.

Super great service department. Excellent service in a timely manner Happy and friendly members of the service dept. I have been with Nelson Mazda for approximately 30+ years only because of their sales, service and finance team I stay with them because of their great service department. I drive from Antioch to Murfreesboro because of their service. I love the way they recognize a potential problem before it becomes a problem. They always give high quality service I recommend them to a lot of people.

Pleasurable no hassles

Very professional and considerate. Honored all deals. I highly recommend . They were able to search for the color I desired from another Mazda dealer at no cost to me.

Great service

I know that it's a hour wait but you sit there and have access to water,coffee,and snacks so time goes by quicker than you think and you also get your car rinsed off. Thanks for all you do

Mazda6 repair

No water or beverages in the waiting area. No snacks or anything. Pretty lame compared to the Chevy and jeep dealer. Tried to sell other services. Didnt have stock of the parts that were recommended.
