Purchased Used Vehicle
I had been looking for a 4-5 year old Ford Escape with low miles and in excellent condition for months. I visited 7-8 dealerships and they were all the same, high pressure salesperson and overprice vehicles. I found a 2014 Ford Escape listed on the Nelson Mazda website. From the first call I made until I walked out the door with the keys, everyone was professional, friendly, and informative. No salesperson swap or "let me go get my manager" or leaving me sitting there for 30 minutes while "go get the car." I scheduled a test drive and the car was ready when I got there. The car was exactly what I was wanting and fairly priced (actually a little less than I expected). I would highly recommend Nelson Mazda of Murfreesboro! Salesperson: Liz Roche was my salesperson. I would highly recommend her. A real person, smart and genuine!

I called the company Saturday morning as I could not open my car door. I figured the Keyfob battery was dead. The gentleman I spoke to told me how to use the fob to get into the car and start it. I drove to the dealership and Zach gave me instant service, replacing the battery at no charge. I was very impressed at such personal concern. I am ever grateful to the dealership!

Great people to work with.
Joseph was very helpful and professional throughout the used car buying process. No pressure and willing to go the extra mile. I do have these suggestions for the dealership as a whole: 1. Reduce the amount of paperwork. It took 30 min plus and about 15 signed forms. One form and 2 mins is all I needed to buy a used car for a private owner. 2. The detail shop needs to do a better job preparing used cars or just say they have not been detailed. 3 fill up sold ised cars with a full not half tank of gas. 4. Provide the actual results in printed form of any maintenance inspection your dealership does on the vehilcle prior to making it available for sale. This will increase buyer confidence in the vehicle.

Fix few things
They did proper job this time so I’m happy about it however only thing is, you always have to wait for long time. Every time I go for service, it always take about hour an half to 2hrs even if I have taken appointment all the time.

Got the latest Mazda 3
I was looking for a replacement for my 15 year old Miata and needed something more conventional. We tested both an MX-5 and a 3. I picked the 3 hatchback and worked through the specifications. None like it were immediately available, but they was one on order. I waited about 5 weeks for delivery and all was good. Bert was friendly and helpful. Finance was fairly straightforward through Bank of America. I sold my old car through an auction site and secured the financing independently from the dealer.

Keeping car running at it's best.
Bought my car at Nelson and get it serviced there to keep it in warranty. They have done all the oil changes and recently a wheel alignment. This is my third Miata and there is never a question when it comes to manufacturer coverage, Mazda is great and so is Nelson.

Love coming here. They know what they are doing and dont try to oversell. Only issue I had this time was I requested to keep my cabin filter so I could get my $40 refund and the shop threw it away
