Good service

Great service & helpful technicians. They break down the pricing & send videos of the maintenance which is helpful. They also ask for approval of more expensive service before doing it in a text so you’re informed the whole time.

recalls on air bags

great service and friendly people they took care of us thank you loaned us a car so we did not have to wait for the service to be done then they called to let us know when to pick our car up

Comparatively a decent dealership with rarely offered bonuse

Been to a few better dealerships and many more far worse. Although within a reasonable driving distance of murfreesboro this is the best dealership I was able to find without having to drive hours away. If buying used like most other dealerships they won't go out of their way to point out defects. I recommend fully inspecting any used vehicle before buying to ensure a fair deal. My favorite feature of this dealership is their limited basics warranty which allowed me to get a free battery replacement a few days after buying the car and it failing to start. Their partnership with Capital One auto finance also made buying a car from here possible for me. If bought another used car here I would be sure to buy one of their certified pre-owned Mazda models.

No pressure

I’ve always dreaded looking at cars, because of pushy sales people trying to get me to buy something I didn’t want. They are non-commission, so they are not pushy at all. Joseph helped me and I couldn’t thank him enough, because I am very indecisive and he was very patient and didn’t rush me with making a decision. The finance team thoroughly explained everything in lamen’s terms to me so I knew what I was signing before I signed.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Buying my car from Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro was the best decision I could've made. What made it extra special was the people I worked with, especially Bill Watson. Bill was professional, informative, and friendly. When I bought the car, he even delivered it to my house, AFTER HOURS. Bill made me feel welcome, respected, and comfortable from my test drive to signing the deal. I've never experienced customer service on such an outstanding level in my life. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill to anyone visiting Nelson Mazda, you won't regret it.
