I really enjoyed my whole experience in leasing a car! Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient and helpful. I wasn’t sure about trading in my first ever car (bought it in high school) but Liz and the team were very understanding and never pushy. I didn’t feel pressured into anything which is a BIG win in my book. My boyfriend has been a loyal Mazda customer for years and It is largely because of this dealership! Nelson Mazda truly cares about taking care of its customers and will work with you to get the best deal on a new vehicle! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Tommy was very patient, friendly, and helpful when it came to helping me find the right car that fit my needs and wants. I ended up buying a 2019 Mazda CX-5. I have had it for 5 days now, and I absolutely love it. Great size, beautiful car, and for a great price! Adam helped with my trade in and also got my interest rate lowered. My overall experience was enjoyable, but most importantly I never felt rushed or like I had to go home with a car that day. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Service was done quickly but thoroughly. Loved receiving a video of the inspection. Waiting area is nice, appreciated free snacks and drinks. Staff was friendly and professional.

Great service & helpful technicians. They break down the pricing & send videos of the maintenance which is helpful. They also ask for approval of more expensive service before doing it in a text so you’re informed the whole time.
