Very nice experience

I bought my first car from them. Elijah who helped me was very supportive and patient to my questions. He is always available even after purchasing. very nice experience with this dealership.

Service was great!

Thank-you for the excellent service! The whole Service team treated me with respect and great service. My car was brought in for two recalls and ended up with an issue, however, I was taken care of very well. Special thanks to Tom, Zach and Allen! Thanks Lonnie for the great conversation! I am looking for another vehicle and because of this service....this may be my go to place!

Over and above!

Brought my Mazda in for some regular maintenance, and it needed a part that was not in stock but would be available later in the day. So to ensure I could get my 'to do' list done and not have to sit there and wait, they offered me a loaner vehicle. I joked that I'd like a Miata if possible, and the next thing you know, I'm driving one for the day! No extra cost either! Amazing! That's what I call great customer service. And my other vehicle was done later that day, on time too. Yep. They rocked it!

Listed car before ready. Service dept issues.

Listed vehicle on internet before ready to sell. I bought car before service check was done, then service dept let vehicle sit in lot for a week without completing advertised pre sale service. But they did offer me a vehicle to drive while my truck was getting ready.

Awesome customer service!!!

This is our 4th Mazda car buying experience. We love everyone there, especially Tom. They are very welcoming and make you comfortable and car buying easy. When we need a car, we don’t go anywhere else but here.

Problem not solved

This is the second time I have brought my Mazda 3 to the dealership for the same problem. It still is not fixed. Both times they said a software update would fix it. It did not. I also found the video and text not very helpful, since they didn’t mention the problem I brought the car in for. The people were very friendly and helpful, though.

I felt jerked around and screwed over like never before.

Brought 2014 Mazda 3 in for routine maintenance 10/25/2018. Technician damaged driver side door. Repairs delayed several times, and included Nelson Mazda sending me over to their contracted collision center twice to pick up vehicle - not ready both times. I should never have been put in that position. Repeated delays cost me time and money. I had to pay add'l $ for parking at work because I didn't have my vehicle. Only courtesy extended by Nelson Mazda was a loaner vehicle. Did not get my vehicle back until 12/14/2018. Very dissatisfied with whole mess. No hard feelings toward Zach or Lonnie, but situation could have been better handled, in my opinion. They fixed my vehicle, but made no effort to "make it right"
