The service department went above and beyond in an unforseen maintenance issue. I was pleased with the outcome of the situation. I have all of my maintenance done there.

This is the first time I have been to Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro for routine service on my Mazda6 that I bought in Sept. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I really loved getting the video of my service as it was being performed and everything was explained to me. Lonnie was especially great! He made sure I knew what I needed, how much it would be and so on. I cant imagine my car being in better habds

All places of business have room for improvement. I knew there were light refreshment's in the waiting area , however a reminder of those items being available wouldn't hurt.
