New Car Shopping
WOW! That's the best way to start my review because it pretty much sums up our experience in a nutshell. As much as we dislike car shopping this really was ... dare I say, fun?! Everyone, especially our product specialist, Liz, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Most of all they were genuinely NICE! We never felt pressured and that was key for us. We are so grateful to everyone at the dealership for making what could have been (and in our past experience elsewhere has been) a very unpleasant experience into an enjoyable afternoon where we left feeling like part of a new family. Thanks again to Liz for her help and for having patience as we (the husband and I) came to a final decision/agreement. And thanks to Trey and Lonnie for sharing their knowledge and answering all our many questions. We have found a dealership that we would recommend to family and friends and THAT is the true testament to the amazing experience we had.

Regular maintenance
Service center took care of car very quickly. I really liked the video which explained everything that was done. We have experienced excellent service through our lease of previous car and now through our purchase. Could not ask for better service service. Enjoyed talking to Elijah, our Sales Agent

New Mazda store
The new Mazda dealership was really nice! Nice couches, big flat screen tv, really clean waiting area. It was a very nice establishment. We are definitely coming back!

Zach and the entire staff at Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro Tennessee were outstanding in taking care of us and our vehicle. We had an issue on our end getting our car to the dealership and they went above and beyond to accommodate with helping us.

Recall on airbags
My experience was great. Everyone was so friendly . Afterwards they washed my car. I really enjoyed being able to sit and relax, read my book, and have a snack with water. Thanks for everything

Friendly & helpful maintenance technician. Also added a wind repellent to go over my sun roof to save a trip. Explained all prices & times. Excellent service!!

Long wait but good service.
With my profession I have a very busy schedule. I made an appointment to have my car serviced so I could get and out. When I arrived I was told that even though I had an appointment my wait time would be an hour and a half. I was shocked but I stayed because that was the only time I had due to it busy work schedule. My previous appointments took no time at all. Also, they were at the (old) Antioch location. Thankfully, I was loaned a vehicle to run errands in while I waited. The customer service I received was great as usual.

Purchase experience far exceeded my expectations
I drove from Franklin to Murfreesboro recently to consider the purchase of a used 2015 Audi. I met Jeremy Brown at the front door who was kind, sincere and very helpful during the test drive of the Audi as well as the negotiations to purchase the vehicle. Ben Mulaosmanovic worked with me to arrive at a price that both the dealership and I were willing to accept. Both men were pleasant, easy going and never pressured me to make the purchase if I was not satisfied. I was very impressed with their demeanor and their respect for my time. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle in the future from these men whom I now count as friends.
