New Car Purchase

I bought my 4th Mazda from this dealership yesterday. Upgraded from a 3 to a 5X. I had a great experience. This was my first time "flying solo" to get a car and Adam Taylor, Sales Director, took great care of me. Adam put me into the capable hands of Tom Chanthavong, Product Specialist, who listened to my needs, fully discussed options, answered all my questions - even the stupid ones - and found a great car for me. We had fun! Ben Mulaosmanovic, the finance manager, took me through all the options and made me feel secure about my decisions. What a fantastic team! I already know that I'll be in good hands with Lonnie and the folks in the service department as they have taken care of my previous cars for the last 7 years. Thanks for treating me like family!

Great car buying experience!

My car buying experience at Nelson Mazda has been the best yet! Elijah, who was the sales associate that worked with me through the process, was really friendly and knowledgeable about all the different models. He answered all of the questions I had and never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable the way most car salesmen do. I greatly appreciated how patient he was during the entire process and actually enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and plan to do business with them in the future.

The Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had!!!!

Let me start off by saying that I have had many recent bad experiences at other dealerships. But let me tell you this was by far the most amazing experience with the best client care I have ever had!! My husband found a Mazda6 that we were set to buy and ended up coming home with a new Mazda CX-5 !! Love this suv and will recommend it to any and all friends and family. Tom was not only patient and knowledgable about his cars but just an amazing guy as was Ben our finance guy and Randy the GM. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this dealership! You just have to go see for yourself!!! :)

Best car buying experience I've ever had!

Customer Service was absolutely amazing! The entire staff provided red carpet service! Every detail from beginning to end was perfect. Even preset the radio stations!

Most pleasant experience ever at buying a vehicle.

My wife & I looked online and found a 2010 Expl Sportrac at Nelson Mazda in Antioch, Tn. We drove from M'boro to view it and were met by Omar Rodriguez, took truck for test drive. Omar listened to our finance position, what we were looking for as payments and seem to bend over backwards to see that all our needs were met. Steve Restivo then worked out the best payment fit for us and also met every need. Then we met Ben Mulaosmanovic who also went to every effort to see that we got what we wanted, not what they wanted to sell. We found the sales team of these gentlemen very passionate about customer satifaction and received just that. By far the best car buying experience we've ever had. Muy Bien, gracias amigo's. God bless the Nelson dealership.

Joseph was great.

The dealership did what they could to get me the car... Joseph Leming was our guy and he was patient and had everything ready on pick up. If recommend him over just the dealership.

painless process good price on car

Found car online for price I wanted with the right features. They were very easy to deal with over the phone to arrange everything. Drove 2 hours to get the car. Dealt with Joseph Leming he really made it a smooth process.

Walked In...No Hassle...No Wasted Time...Bought Car...Simple

Went to Nelson Mazda because I found a couple of nice options I found on their website and I had just left another dealership in which I had a not-so-great experience. I was completely upfront with Joe Talley regarding my limited budget. Going in, I knew I was not the "model customer" in the sense I was not looking to buy a new car or had an unlimited budget. I was actually on a very tight budget. Joe didn't try to show me something he knew would be out of my range in hopes I'd cave in and pay more. The car was clean, nice, and better than I thought for the price range I had to adhere to. The purchasing experience was fast and no nonsense, but thorough. Ben Mulaosmanovic was also very helpful, fast, and efficient. There is always an amazing amount of paperwork when buying a car, but despite all that, I was able to get in, find a car, purchase, paperwork, and drive out in about 2 hours.
