"My experience with this dealership has been extremely frustrating. I purchased a Tahoe from them, and they mishandled my registration. For over three weeks, I’ve been trying to cancel my GAP insurance, but I’ve encountered nothing but delays, unanswered voicemails, and ignored emails. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership."

I began by building my vehicle on the Chevrolet website, and the dealership seamlessly ordered the vehicle using my build ID. This personalized approach made me feel valued and involved in the process. The dealership itself was immaculate, both inside and out. The clean, orderly, and spacious environment was a testament to their professionalism. Vehicles were thoughtfully arranged, avoiding the cramped, sardine-like parking seen at many other dealerships. I was told that the vehicle would be available for a test

I was told that the vehicle would be available for a test drive in the morning. I went in the evening from my appointment with my husband, and the sales person told us that the car had already been sold. We were then told that we could take it on a test drive and that it hadn’t been officially signed for as far as financing and then 15 minutes later we were told that the car had been sold again. It was a Range Rover and I’m thoroughly disappointed because we came all the way from Owings Mills in anticipation of purchasing a car that evening and didn’t. I had a bad experience and I don’t see myself returning to that dealership.

I purchased a vehicle here yesterday (10/9) and received amazing service. I was unprepared on what car I wanted and feared being taken advantage of and being overwhelmed. Not only was I provided with the space to peruse, the first thing anyone who worked here asked me was if I needed any water or coffee. This level of care continued throughout the 3 hours I was there. When I asked questions about vehicles, I was given honest and informed answers. These professionals treated me as a human being and not as dollar signs. I was treated like family. Even the relationship between the staff was remarkable. They took care of each other and respected each other within their departments. The General Manager even came over to check on us and her employees to offer her assistance. Seeing upper management on the floor, helping the bottom line, not letting ego or arrogance prevent her team from their success is so rare. This level of collaboration is the reason my experience was so fluid and stress free. I’m so thankful to have had this experience.
