Nicole is the best service advisor there is. She is so kind and considerate. Nicole thank you for calling me late Friday afternoon as I sat on the side of the road. This service center is so clean, and everyone is so nice and polite. Great Customer Service.

Not helpful at all.

Not helpful at all. Needed the third brake light replaced for my teenagers used car. Was told it would be too labor intensive if they even could find the part. Part is available at multiple local auto parts stores. Employees just didn’t want to take the time. Not sure why. I’m guessing because it’s an older car. So Chevy would prefer to have a young driver without a brake light? This is why people choose foreign cars. It should be a simple bulb not a full light replacement. Poor design. Terrible service. Will never use that location and makes it easy to never again choose Chevy when something that should be simple and a priority is too much hassle for their own staff.
