Long time Norris Ford Customer (9+ years) and just traded...

Long time Norris Ford Customer (9+ years) and just traded in my 2011 Edge for 2020 Explorer. Great experience as usual. Jason, Tyler, and Will made everything easy. Additionally all were following CDC guidelines on masks etc. Will for sure continue to be a customer.

Car buying is stressful enough. But, to have to do it...

Car buying is stressful enough. But, to have to do it because your car was totaled is even more stressful. Gary Parsons at Norris Ford was very transparent in how the process worked. I was able to get the car I wanted for the monthly payment I wanted. Love the car and I recommend seeing Gary.

Used car

Me and my wife was looking for a car for a little while. Wilson at Norris help us the buying process help us and wasn't being that seller that was going to pressure you into getting a car (you know how we love that). The building was very clean and the staff was taking every measure to stay safe at these times which also made us comfortable. But all and all my wife got a care she loved I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service

I am the owner of M & N Professional Concrete. I called Norris and spoke with Stu. I explained what I was looking for in a work truck. He got me info on what I had requested along with a quote within a very short period of time. I provided him the info which he requested and in just a short time, he called to say everything was good and that the truck was getting cleaned up and would be ready for pick up shortly. I was driving it off the lot a few hours from when I had originally reached out to him. Very professional and seamless transaction. He informed me that in the future, he could have it delivered to me so I wouldn't even have to come in to the dealership. That is service. I plan to purchase all my fleet trucks from Stu at Norris.

These guys are the best!!!

Yesterday was the second vehicle I purchased in two years from Norris Ford. They took their time to find me the best Deal possible. I told Stan what I wanted and he delivered in a big way. The whole team was very professional I felt they wanted to put me in a truck that satisfied me. Whenever I purchase a vehicle, Norris Ford will always be my first stop.

I just purchased my new truck and had no problems working...

I just purchased my new truck and had no problems working with Jason Catanzariti. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns so the process was seamless. After purchasing my vehicle, Jason went over all the techie stuff and helped me with pairing my phone. Great customer service on his part. I got exactly what I wanted and what I expected. No surprises!

Top Notch Service

Even during the Covid pandemic everyone was extremely respectful, professional and adhered to the state mandated social distancing. Extremely smooth buying process and well worth the visit.
