Then, worked for hours to make sure I was happy with everything before I went into signing. Tyler the sales manager had great customer customer service and Frank B in financing was very detailed and went over everything. Very happy with my new car and every happier with the customer service I had with Norris Ford.

No hassle with paperwork - Bruce collected everything he needed while we were there, and the remainder was completed through e-mail in 1 or 2 messages. When we picked up the truck we spent about 10 minutes with paper work.
