Had to wait a few days for parts to come into dealership. Work was completed when promised. Dave Emala is the best thing to happen in that service department.

Terrible "Sales" People

Unfortunately, didn't end up purchasing a car due to rude comments from salesman. Wouldn't work with me in trying to find what would be my best fit. Lack of knowledge about inventory. Wouldn't recommend at all.

New 2018 Ford Escape owner's

The Team at Norris Ford is AWESOME, very polite experts who went the extra mile to be sure I was completely satisfied buying My Wife's New 2018 Escape. Great Service

Excellent service from all personnel that I encountered while at the Dealership. I would recommend the Norris Ford family to my friends and family. I would ask them to ask for Ryan Cox to be their sales manager

Great experience for a stressed out buyer!

I had such a great experience working with Norris Ford from the very first email inquiry. Darren Badillo from their internet department actually respected my request, unlike any other dealership I had been communicating with. When we got to the dealership we weren’t bombarded, I asked to see the car I was interested in, since I had been looking online already for months, and the sales rep Tony Guillen went and grabbed the car right away for me to see! He didn’t pressure me into doing a test drive since I didn’t need one, and quickly started to work up the paperwork when I said that I wanted to buy the car. We also got to interact with another rep named Zo Thompson who helped pass the time with light conversation and who made sure I was taken care of. When I was greeted by the Sales manager, Dave Webster, we had a very honest and to the point conversation of where I stood and he clearly picked up on my intentions and respected them. We were able to work out a headache free deal that was better than I could have asked for and made me incredibly happy. Will Watson from financing handled the paperwork quick and efficiently and got me out the door in great time! I never thought I could have such a positive car buying experience with such a great crew of people. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family and will continue to go there for future business.

WHAT A STAFF AT NORRIS FORD!

I Bought a 2018 Ford Escape from Norris Ford in Feb 2018. Best car buying experience ever. Zo Thompson was my salesman, and was a easy guy to work with His knowledge about this and other vehicles. I got a great deal and did not feel the typical pressure I've felt at other dealers.The entire staff got me through all the paperwork effortlessly. I was coming from a distance away because Norris had the car I was looking for, and they made the whole experience such a pleasure that I would without a doubt buy from them again. They made it easy for me

A friend recommended this dealership. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by my salesman who I had already been in touch with via telephone and email. The financing and protection plans were explained to me and the process was fast and easy. Lastly, the General Manager took the time to shake my hand and speak with me for a few minutes. All around great experience!

Norris Ford is my car dealer of choice!

I have been a Norris Ford customer since 1960. when I purchased my first car a 1960 Ford Falcon the dealership was located on Dundalk Ave. It feels like family when you walk through the door. From beginning to end of our most resent purchase of our brand new 2017 Ford Edge it was a very pleasant and customer service friendly experience. I guess that is why I have been a customer of Norris Ford for so long. ;)
