Pleasant Experience
This dealership was great. The atmosphere was pleasant & comfortable with a friendly & knowledgeable staff. Stan Ma, my salesperson, was very friendly & informative. He explained every detail of my new vehicle & how to locate & use all of it's many features. My new purchase was a very pleasant experience.

Go Elsewhere or Get Everything in Writing
I do not recommend Norris Ford go elsewhere to purchase a used car. I was mislead for months by salesperson on the one item. Told everything from in mail to forgot but never intended to do anything.

This is where you shop to remember how bad it is
You know all those stories you hear where the dealer uses such strong arm tactics, bait and switch, and won't leave you alone? This is where some of them came from. I ended up having to setup filters on my email account to bounce all the spam coming from this dealer. Never once did they actually answer any of my questions about the truck I wanted and started immediately suggesting other vehicles, like small cars......

I've bought new Fords from Norris before and have always had a great experience. This time I decided to lease. Ryan Cox was great. I contacted other area Ford dealers and not one followed through like Mr. Cox. Again such a pleasure to deal with a honest and helpful young man. .

Very positive
I was experiencing trouble with downloading files in my Ford Escape Sync 3 system. I called David Emala Jr who is the service specialist at Norris Ford. I explained to him what the problem was and was told to bring my vehicle in at my earliest convenience. Once I arrived David could not have been more courteous and friendly. I have on more than one occasion dealt with him and the result is always the same. After diagnosing the problem my vehicle was promptly serviced and after a pleasant goodbye I was on my way.
