Amazing people dedicated to the best service!
Amazing people dedicated to the best service! My car had broken down on a Wednesday morning, the engine was not salvageable, so I found a car I liked at McGrath Lexus and inquired. Within minutes Elizabeth Feliciano texted me letting me know the vehicle was still available and was quick to answer all my questions. Then Alexa Baez called me up to see if I wanted to come take a look at it, when I explained my situation she made moves to get me to the dealership that very day. I couldn’t believe how quickly they acted to help me get into my car. Before I knew it, Alexa was greeting me in the showroom, I took a look at the car, it was perfect. They were extremely transparent, showing me the previous repair orders and how it was maintained, I had full confidence in what I was buying. Alexa then walked me to finance where Doug Bell finished up with my financing, asking if I needed any warranties, making sure my license plates would transfer correctly, it was a great team effort, Alexa and the whole crew were amazing, they really made me feel like family, I will absolutely be back for some more cars!
