Our 3rd Honda vehicle from Brilliance!

Our 3rd Honda vehicle from Brilliance! As our Sales Person Damien did an outstanding job! Listened to my needs, explained the vehicle in detail, answered all questions, communicated processes. Very professional, pleasant and easy to interact with. There was an issue with Honda Finance which Darrell and Dan tried to work through but in the end I bought vehicle outright rather than finance.

We had an outstanding experience with Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake. From our first visit to the eventual purchase of our new car, the team was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made you feel comfortable with the buying process. They focused on our needs and what was best for us. David Asbach was our main representative and he was honest, sincere, and worked very hard to find exactly what we were looking for. He followed-up on every detail and was an overall excellent person to work with. I would highly recommend him (and the dealership) to others. We're incredibly pleased! Thank you!

I wouldn’t buy my Honda at any other dealership.

I wouldn’t buy my Honda at any other dealership. I’ve bought from Schaumburg before been serviced in Dekalb and been to St. Charles. They could all learn a lot from the sales team Matt Rolak was my sales guy. BUT they operate as a team and the sales managers aren’t screaming and the finance team isn’t rude like Schaumburg was. This is a five star team, and they should be the gold standard for your other locations.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable personnel. No pressure either online or at dealership. Darrell was great to work with in finance. After the sale was completed, Domingo connected my phone to the car and explained the features again.

The staff are professional and friendly. Jeff was very informative, showing the vehicle and how to operate the HR-V as trade in was 14 years old and did not have the advance operating features that are now available. We appreciated his knowledge.

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left with a new car, the experience was fantastic. I appreciate that I was not met at the door by a sales rep. I was able to walk the showroom with no pressure. Our salesperson, Eva, was the best! She listened to what I wanted in a car and did not try to sell me more. She answered all my questions and was no pressure from the beginning to the end of my experience!
