I have my service person Steve and always takes care of me makes sure he let's me know everything that is going on and need repair prior to doing the service and has always taken care of me with best service. I feel very comfortable that he is looking out for my car and me.

Let me first start by saying, I hate the whole car
Let me first start by saying, I hate the whole car buying experience and the salesperson. The amount of time spent at the dealership is just too long and frustrating. That being said, although the time spent at this dealership was long, John Shea made it pleasant and way less frustrating. He is (by far) the only salesperson who didn't pressure me in getting a car no matter what and he did everything he could to make my stay comfortable and provide me with the best customer service anyone can ask for. I would recommend seeing John @ Acura South Bay if you are in the market for a car along with the best customer service you can get.
