Fast and Courteous

Took my 20 year old MDX in for an oil change at 200,044 miles. Service was fast (relatively, it's not a drive thru oil change), Stephan the service advisor was courteous and helpful.

This Acura dealer's customer service was and still is

This Acura dealer's customer service was and still is exceptional from the phone scheduling to the service department rep (Kelly Gilbertson) inviting me back into my car. Every effort was made to ensure my time spent waiting was pleasant with periodic updates on the progress of my car. I've bought and been with this Acura dealership for quite some time and with each visit the experience has been great. Feels like they're my personal pit crew.

I went into the dealership to purchase my car coming off

I went into the dealership to purchase my car coming off the lease. Min Cho, listening and asking questions, brought me an offer on a new lease that was beyond my expectations. He brought me one offer, the best offer, and I accepted. No wasted time, no negotiation, no back and forth. This was how it was when I first started leasing / buying Acuras.

I Love Southbay Autonation

Our last experience at Southbay Autonation was very positive. Making an appointment on the phone was easy, and the receptionist was very polite and professional. During this visit, all we needed a wheel alignment on my 2006 Acura MDX. Whenever we need to have our car serviced, we always request Mr. Steve Ravaglia. He is the absolute best! We appreciate his patience, knowledge, & his ability to make every customer feel important.
