I went into the dealership to purchase my car coming off

I went into the dealership to purchase my car coming off the lease. Min Cho, listening and asking questions, brought me an offer on a new lease that was beyond my expectations. He brought me one offer, the best offer, and I accepted. No wasted time, no negotiation, no back and forth. This was how it was when I first started leasing / buying Acuras.

I Love Southbay Autonation

Our last experience at Southbay Autonation was very positive. Making an appointment on the phone was easy, and the receptionist was very polite and professional. During this visit, all we needed a wheel alignment on my 2006 Acura MDX. Whenever we need to have our car serviced, we always request Mr. Steve Ravaglia. He is the absolute best! We appreciate his patience, knowledge, & his ability to make every customer feel important.

Acura of South bay is an example of how a dealership

Acura of South bay is an example of how a dealership should be. They are amazing. They offer top-notch services experience that I have seen. Steve, the service adviser, if one of the best. He is professional, proficient, extremely knowledgeable, and provided me with the best customer service experience-always. I am very pleased with this dealership and in particular, with Steve. I have referred many of my friends and families to this business and will continue to do so.

After taking my TLX to my longtime Acura Service Dealer

After taking my TLX to my longtime Acura Service Dealer and being told that they could not find an issue with my car and the noise I’m hearing in the cabin is normal. They handed me my keys and said, “We are very sorry” Goodbye and Take care. Feeling very disappointed, I decided to get a second opinion. I drove my TLX straight to AutoNation Acura South Bay and explained my situation and concerns to the Service Advisor, Kelly and he got the ball rolling. I was treated like VIP from the start. Kelly stood beside me every step of the way, like an Attorney at Law. With Kelly’s assistance, I was able to demonstrate the issue to the Master Mechanic (Caesar) and he was able to determine the fix in less than a day! I’m now driving in a very smooth, relaxing, Acura TLX cabin without any noises. Special thanks to Babak, Kelly, Caesar, and Fernando. These individuals are very valuable assets to AutoNation Acura South Bay and deserve recognition for their efforts in providing the Best Customer Experience.

I like this dealership.

I like this dealership. They teamed up to help me decide what to choose and arranged to test drive the vehicle I was interested in with minimum pressure. Dietrich knew what he was doing and John told me his experience with his MDX. I appreciate Jennifer's follow up with the progress. This is my first experience with Acura and I enjoy every moment of this fabulous vehicle. Thank you guys!

Service advisor Kelly extremely efficient!! I feel very confident he will tell me what needs to be done for my RDX and explain why and how much it will cost, He is quite knowledgeable, my car is always ready when he says it will be
