I worked with John in the Used sales department and he was really cool to work with! we drove up there one day to do some test driving, and he told us that there was a car that fit our needs perfectly that would be coming in soon, so he took my number and said he’d give a call. a couple days later, i received it and we headed up there to test drive that one and i fell in love! easy as that, he worked with us and i got the car the next day. the front tires were bare, so they threw in two new tires, removed some tiny little dings in the car, no problem. it was a great experience!

Kevin was very friendly and efficient with my repairs and following up. They offered me a shuttle home so I could wait in my own home and gets other things done

The service here is not good. I've had my vehicle in for the same issue 4 times and it is still not fixed. The frustrating thing is that they know the part that is needed, but still schedule service for me and do not have the part. You are also frequently dropped into voicemail, which would be fine, except they do not call you back. I'm not sure about buying a vehicle here, but I would certainly not recommend taking it here for service.

Spoke with Steve on the phone on Wednesday late afternoon. He called me Thursday morning to make sure the Jeep I wanted was pulled around front. Got there and it was out front, warm and ready to test drive. After the test drive we agreed on the price. Very easy sale for both of us. The group there couldn't be nicer to deal with.
