Worst experience I have ever had! They messed up and didn’t take the money I rolled into my new car to pay off my lease I handed in early. They will f*** you over and not ONE call back. I have been calling for 2.5 months been told it looks like they didn’t pay off my lease by staff at the dealership and they do nothing. They say a manager will call back, no call. Great management 👎🏼 3000$ gone I have to pay again to ALLY if I want to buy a house. Hits on my credit. It’s sad I was going to go back to buy my son a jeep but there is no way in xxxx I will go back. Reported to the BBB at it seems like this has happened there before. 😩 now The car I bought six months ago won’t even start

Great customer service, fast process
Great experience with salesman. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Chris was great with taking me around to service and parts department. Very nice staff overall.

I will never go anywhere else
I went there just recently to look at either purchasing a vehicle or leasing one. The staff there was very friendly and very knowledgeable in purchase and leasing options. They were also very helpful in informing me of some of the things that I will need to do in order to purchase a new truck. I could not be more happier with the way that I was treated and I will definitely be back in the near future

Great service
I brought my vehicle in for service. I had my car detailed. Christopher C. worked on my car and did a fantastic job. I’m definitely coming back next time and having Chris do his magic again!

Great selection of used vehicles | Fair treatment
Impressive inventory included three 2017 Jeep Patriot models under 9,000 miles (former dealership courtesy loaners for repair customers). Salesperson was accommodating and low-key. Manager quickly dropped attempt to add a $400 charge to previously accepted agreement, which was the only bump. Financing offer was notably above rate obtained hours later from bank, but overall satisfaction offset the two bumps.

Unethical salesman
Unfortunately Michael Gizzi does not know the difference between truth and lies, he will say anything to make that almighty dollar. He sold me what he called a new vehicle that was driven by an employee also in an accident that he did not say, would not trust any dealer that would employ this type of person. can not be trusted.

Not gotta buy from them.
Didn’t honor advertised price from website. Wanted me to get a employee pricing code from somebody to get employee pricing. Wouldn’t even match the price that my local dealer was offering. Wanted me to drive 2 1/2hrs to set and talk with sales manager. Total waste of time.

Professional and courteous
When I came into the dealership to trade in my car they were absolutely amazing. John O'Connor went above and beyond as did everyone on the lot. The car was detailed to perfection when they turned it over to me. I want to say beautiful job to whoever is cleaning the cars. I am so pleased with the deal I got and the service that I will be back for my next car without a doubt.

Buyer beware
Advertised a price that they would not honor. Wouldn’t match price from my local dealership. Expected me to drive 2 1/2 hrs. to talk sales manager. Suggested I get someone else’s employee discount code. Unethical comes to mind.
