Couldn't be happier with my experience!!

After an awful expierience at a Chevy Dealer in Reford, MI. I found my 2014 Cruze at Prestige Cadillac! I was treated with such professionalism and kindness I would recommend my Salesmen Michael Battles to everyone in need of a new car! From start to finish this experience was GREAT. I need to mention that I'am a woman who was shopping alone for a vehicle and was treated with the ultimate level of respect and kindness, very important to me! I Love my new 2014 Cruze and couldn't be happier that I found this Dealership to do business with!!

Amazingly pleasant!

I left prestige Cadillac feeling like I gained a new family! Sales associate Henry Flakes treated me like I was a true member of his family. He was most pleasant, took his time to make sure I understood every aspect of the transaction, showed exemplary patience. And went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. More than satisfied

Our buying experience was more than we could have asked for! Henry was personable and professional. He made sure that we got exactly what we wanted with the best price. Henry went above and beyond to help us. He even worked with other staff to make sure we left completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Prestige to any of my family or friends and tell them to go see Henry!

Purchased a new Cadillac XTS

I met my Sales Expert, Aaron Thomas, at the Dealership 6 months prior to my purchase. He was very informative and took time to understand what I wanted. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. When I was ready, I reconnected with him and purchased my dream car, an XTS. In a couple of years I will be ready to upgrade and I will be returning to Prestige. I first came to Prestige to have my Enclave serviced. I am also very happy with my service experience and will continue to use Prestige to service my Enclave. I am actually getting new tires for that vehicle now. Thank you Aaron Thomas and thank you Prestige.

Fantastic service

Daniel did an amazing job getting us the car we wanted. No hassles! In our first winter storm Daniel drove our new car to our house and spent an hour with me going over all the functions of the car. I would highly recommend Daniel McGriff!! This is how car buying should be, excellent customer service!

Awesome service

I just had a great experience purchasing a used car from Prestige and my salesman Henry Flake was outstanding. He met me at the door, let me take the car to my mechanic, and wen through all of the features of the car. He even called onstar with me to get it set up.

Awesomely amazing

Our salesman, Henry was and is amazing. He helped in everyway possible. We purchased our car on-line, as it was a birthday gift for my wife! Any details Henry went out of his way to help us make this happen. I highly recommend Prestige Cadillac to anyone looking for a Cadillac.
