Great Cadillac Dealership!

Would definitely recommend. Beautiful dealership. Came in without an appointment for service. Thanks to Eric Burgess he was able to get my vehicle right in and got out very quickly.

AMAZING COUSTOMER SERVICE

Walking into the dealership was a really exceptional experience. Pat Bugay and Henry were very helpful and friendly with the service they provided. I would recommend this dealership over any other Cadillac dealership.

This was a wonderful experience and my 1st Cadillac!

I am in love with my new Cadillac and in love with the service from Prestige Cadillac! I immediately went online and told all my Facebook friends to go see Henry at Prestige Cadillac in Warren Michigan! It's a brand new dealership that is absolutely beautiful, and the service was an excellent compliment. I felt at home immediately and well taken care of. I look forward to returning and getting my next car from them. I'm sold on the brand and this dealership. First class all the way!!! this was a pre-owned vehicle that looked and felt brand new.

Best Place to Buy a Cadillac in Michigan!

I had an excellent experience buying a 2015 Escalade! Kevin was like an old friend and perfect timing on my birthday today! He answered all my questions and the overall dealer office, the guys who work there and environmrnt was amazing!

Excellent purchasing experience

Prestige Cadillac staffs are very friendly. I brought 2017 XT5 there almost a month ago. Melissa Kage is just a great person to deal with. She found right car for me. I am strongly recommend someone who wants to buy Cadillac, go check out with Melissa at Prestige Cadillac at Warren.

Awesome!

After my initial meeting with my salesperson, Melissa, I wanted to buy from Prestige! She gave me a tour of the new dealership (very nice!) and introduced me to everybody and I mean everybody!! I ended up accepting a deal at a different dealership, but Melissa didn’t give up on trying to get me a better deal. And she did!!!! I was so grateful because I really wanted to buy at Prestige. You can feel the family atmosphere there, unlike the business atmosphere of other dealerships. I’m so happy that it worked out the way it did and I have Melissa to thank for it all!

Great dealership experience!

From the moment you walk in, to the delivery of your vehicle, this dealership deserves 5 stars! Paul and his team worked quickly to find the exact car our family wanted! They gladly showed us our many options, and never made you feel like you were taking up to much time. When we decided, they worked us through our paper work promptly, all while explaining everything thoroughly to us. Everyone in the dealership is very nice and helpful. When it was time to pick up our car, our schedules were full, so they delivered it to our home on a Friday evening! We will be returning for all future purchases!

Above and Beyond with Custome Service.

Prestige Cadillac was recommended to me by a friend. I am very Happy I decided to check it out and hear what they had to say. When I arrived they had the vehicle up front and waiting for my arrival. Once we returned to the dealership after the test ride it was time to talk business. The new car manager Paul was a blessing in disguise I thought the price would be outrageous and I would have had to haggle all day long. Paul made my day by coming back with pricing that was amazing and affordable. Every experience I had at Prestige was great, from the other staff to even their service guys in passing were fantastic. I felt like they took every step even extra to make sure all things lined up to make it simple and easy. Great experience I will recommend other to use Prestige Cadillac all the time.

Best Deal with Ease of Purchase

Walked into Prestige Cadillac looking for a new vehicle and did not know what to expect. Their New Car sales team surprised me by giving me the best deal in town. It was a pleasure dealing with all their staff to accomplish getting us into a new vehicle. When we took delivery they even simplified the delivery by bringing it to our home. Sales and Services deserves a pat on the back.
