We drove up from Joplin, to look at an outlander, spoke with Jake who initially helped us out, but had to move on to another customer. Jake placed us in the care of Josh, who took excellent care of us the entire time we were there. I went up with the intention of purchasing a vehicle after a 7 month search of finding the "right" one. And found everything I need plus more in the 2019 Tiguan. Everyone we worked with was super helpful, friendly and overall provided us with the service that we couldn't find in Joplin.
