Simple, very positive experience.

Noah and Bill were great to deal with, made the process extremely simple and painless. Definitely recommended. And the quality of cars in the lot is definitely above average.

Awesome!

Everyone was so friendly and willing to assist. It seemed as if the business kept everyone going, as opposed to what might normally look like chaos elsewhere!

Service our car on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. Great work and got us going that day while we were from out-of-state traveling.

Excellent service

Extremely satisfied with all aspects of Napleton Volkswagen. Car buying process was actually a pleasure thanks to our salesman Jacob and finance liaison Bill. Both went out of their way to address any concerns or needs. I highly recommend this automotive dealer, they will treat you right.

Service and Wheel Repair

Service department was great! I had to leave my car for a few days because I had to be out of town. They were very helpful with my needs. Also, Ron Jones took great care of us on a few issues we had on our car. I appreciate all of them!

"Professional Service"

We cannot thank Phillip Osburn enough for his professional service that he provided and gave to my husband and I when looking for a reliable family car. He was able to not only help us out but answered any questions that we had. Also when we came back to pick up title, even though he was with another customer at the time, he still took the time to call us to say he was he was sorry he missed us but wanted to make sure that we had what we needed when we dropped by and so see if we had anything else that we needed or had any questions. Car Detailing

Mike was kind and he listened to my instructions for how I want my vehicle detailed. He had his technicians detail my vehicle to my specification. I am well pleased.
