I went to the dealership really wanting a new vehicle. I was a little skeptical on it happening. The best part for me, I didn’t have a salesman attacking me as soon as I pulled into the lot. It was refreshing because we all know how the typical salesman is! John Johnston greeted me when I was ready to talk. I wanted to trade in my suburban and get into a Passat! He made sure that’s what I wanted and let me take her for a spin. They offered me a more than fair amount on my trade in, which shocked me and I’m so grateful for. We did a little chatting, had the numbers ran. They made sure I could afford my payments. My payments on my beautiful Passat are about the same amount as I was spending in gas for that Suburban. I wasn’t in there all day. There was no back and forth trying to haggle. It was straight to the point and, again, more than fair. By far the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had! My car is certified used and was extremely clean and well maintained. I don’t have that worry of “what if” that usually comes along with getting a used car. If you need a car, I highly recommend this dealership and John Johnston as your salesman. Richard Broom took care of all my paperwork and he was awesome! Very quick, painless process!

From start to finish I really felt that JR and Rich we’re doing everything in their power to get me into the vehicle that I wanted and get me financed. They’re very personable easy to talk to and actually care to help you. You’d be missing out if you didn’t at least try to buy a new or used vehicle at Napleton Autowerks

I recently purchased a 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage. I wanted a gas saver and good warranty. This car is perfect for me. It’s has a 10 year/100,00 miles warranty, and I’ve been getting 38-40 mpg. My service gentleman, Claud, was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company!

Great group to work with. Nice cars and the selection of vehicles is always good. Finance was fast and always friendly. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from Napleton.

No one could have done a better job than J.R. Johnston...

No one could have done a better job than J.R. Johnston did with the sale.  It has been a pleasure working with him.  Any chance I have to make a referral  will pleased to do so. Duane Bliss & Bill Hall in other departments were very helpful also. This is a good dealership!

Unless the almighty has approved your recall or warranty work don't waste your time they'll try to charge you for the work they they think you are willing to pay for.

Great experience top to bottom so far. Friendly helpful employees at every turn. Easy process for picking a winner to drive home.We were very happy with our last car and this experience was as pleasant as the last or better! JR was very knowledgeable and showed us all the pertinent information we needed to drive away with confidence.

Just took delivery of a Porsche GT4 from Napleton Porsche...

Just took delivery of a Porsche GT4 from Napleton Porsche Springfield. These cars are difficult to come by and Jon Hansen went out of his way to secure me an allocation for a new GT4 and I was able to order it exactly the way I wanted. I was a bit concerned being an out of state buyer but the entire process was seamless with no surprises or hiccups! Thanks Guys!
