Not satisfied

I came in because my car was having a shuddering issue every time I slowed down. They replace the air flow system but the problem continue. I came back and sat there for 4+ hrs just to be told there is nothing to be found wrong. Came to a local shop in Texas and was told my transmission was about to died. How did they miss this?!?! After spending a good amount and nothing resolved. Customer service was good though.

Outstanding Service

I had service done on my Volkwagen CC Andrew in service was outstanding explained everything that was being done and gave me a timeline for this service, kept in touch with me during and after. While there I also talked to Mike Kanowsky on purchasing a Porsche then Bill Hall in Finance. All of theses people are Highly Professional and I would recommend doing Business with them.

buying a new car

The wife and I have never had an amazing experience in purchasing a new vehicle before in our life, Everyone we talked with was very friendly and answered any questions we asked. Thanks to Ron Jones, Bill Hall and Duane Bliss.

Great experience buying a car.

It was like a breath of fresh air dealing with J.R. his knowledge of the products he sells is outstanding. and was very patient while i :waffled" between a couple of used cars they had. overall experience from sales to finance to service has been 5 stars, would give 6 stars if I could

awesome place

Excellent service!

Mike McCormack is a fantastic service advisor! Always keeps me up to date with my car and how the service is going. Very easy to get along with and I trust his judgment as it relates to my Porsche. He’s going to keep it in tip top condition!

Honest, easy to work with

1st time ever buying from a dealership and having a trade in. They were fairly priced to begin with, gave me a fair value on my trade in, and worked with me to get to a compromisable price point. Zero pressure what so ever, very laid back and friendly. I've always been terrified to step into a dealership and they walked me through every concern I had talked me through the process broke down payment and add on options. Highly recommend especially if it's your 1st time and you dont want to get the wool pulled over your eyes like some places. Real honest genuine people, very happy I made the decision

Service of car

The service team was very polite and professional. They made sure my issues were resolved quickly. I appreciated their attentiveness to detail and to the issue I was experiencing. They exceeded my expectations and it was very refreshing to have a service team so willing to take care of things the right way.
